Refund Policy

If you buy a template, tracker, file system, or bundle and it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We would rather give your money back than have a tool sit unused.

Email bluecollarbuildout@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line “Refund request.” Include your order date and the product name. That’s all we need.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Your download access is deactivated and your license to use the product ends. We ask that you delete any copies of the files you downloaded.

Custom Build engagements are scoped and priced individually. Payment, milestone, and cancellation terms are set out in the written agreement for your project before work begins — this page’s 14-day policy applies to digital products only.

Bought the same product twice by accident, or hit a technical problem that stopped you from getting your files? Email us and we will fix it or refund the duplicate charge — whichever you prefer.
