Blue Collar Build Out sells digital products — spreadsheet templates, file systems, checklists, and guides — delivered electronically, plus custom back-office services quoted individually. Digital products are delivered by secure download link after payment.

When you buy a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own business, for your own internal operations, forever. One purchase covers one business.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files or your download links with anyone outside your business
• Repackage the products, in whole or in part, into anything you sell or give away
• Claim the products as your own work

Prices are shown in US dollars and processed securely by Stripe. Payment is due in full at checkout. After payment clears, you receive access to your downloads immediately on the confirmation page and by email. Download links are time-limited for security; if a link expires, contact us and we will restore your access.

Our products and content are operational tools, not legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. Templates are starting points — you are responsible for how you use them and for confirming they fit your business, your contracts, and the laws that apply to you. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

We stand behind the quality of our products, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome. Results depend on your business, your team, and how consistently the systems are used.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to bypass payment or download security, no scraping or automated abuse, no uploading malicious content, and no using the site for anything unlawful.

All content and products on this site — text, design, templates, and files — are owned by Blue Collar Build Out and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you the license above and nothing more.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Build Out is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
