The Roadmap tells you what needs to change. Full Buildout builds it.
We assess what exists, architect the future-state operation, build the workflows, controls, documents and systems required by the scope, then work alongside the people responsible for using them.
A Roadmap is not a prerequisite. When a company enters Full Buildout directly, the necessary assessment is folded into the engagement.
Custom engagements are scoped based on the complexity of the operation and the level of implementation required.
